As a service, not only to our patients, but the entire Jacksonville community, we now provide at-home allergy testing. Currently the million-dollar question people are asking themselves is “Is it allergies? Or do I have the Coronavirus!?” because allergy symptoms are much like those of the Coronavirus. What does this mean for you? You’ll be able to administer your test in the comfort of your home without ever stepping foot in our clinic.
So how do I receive my testing kit?
You may not even have allergies or the related symptoms, but being proactive in your health is always recommended.
Here’s how you can receive your test kit:
Simple as that! With our at-home testing kit, you now have the ability to be more proactive with your health all while under the guidance of a healthcare provider and without ever leaving your home.
Understanding Telemedicine and How It Works
Our top priority is and has always been to provide our patients with exceptional healthcare services you need and deserve. Now more than ever, it is vitally important to us that our patients have access to our healthcare providers during this time, whether that be from near or far. We also understand how isolating, and even scary at times, the current situation is surrounding COVID-19. We are here for you.
As a quick reminder, Physical Healthcare of Jacksonville REMAINS OPEN and is actively continuing to treat and care for our patients in our clinic. Under the direction of Governor DeSantis’, we are considered an ESSENTIAL CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE, which directs us to stay open to treat patients. In a time such as this, we feel incredibly grateful to be able to continue to provide care to our patients, as well as, be a resource to those in need of direction when it comes to their health.
With that said, we recognize the crucial need for our patients to remain under our care and direction… even if that means doing so from the comfort of your home. Because of this need, we are now fully equipped to provide Telemedicine Appointments to our patients.
You’ve probably heard the term “telemedicine” or “telehealth” recently, but aren’t sure how it works? A Telemedicine appointment is a virtual office visit between you and one of our providers. In place of an in-office appointment, a Telemedicine appointment is conducted by online chat, teleconference, or phone. It may sound complicated and you might be saying to yourself “that sounds way too technical for me!”, but rest assured we’ve made it as simple as possible for even the most “technologically challenged”.
So, here’s how it works… Schedule an appointment just as you normally would by calling and/or texting our office.
More good news… your Telemedicine appointments are covered by insurance!
We love our patients and we love our community. Providing access to quality healthcare and healthcare providers during a time that people have never felt more isolated or alone is our ultimate goal. We are here for you and we look forward to connecting with our patients and their families in our clinic or virtually.
PLEASE NOTE: Our new Telemedicine Appointment option and at-home allergy testing option is in HIGH DEMAND, so do not wait to schedule your appointment. Call or text our office at 904-645-0777 for available appointment times and be sure to let our staff know of any changes to your contact information or insurance.
REMINDER: We are now offering…. Anti-Viral/Anti-Bacterial Immune Boosters. Actively treating patients receive their first Immune Booster FREE OF CHARGE!
